The Bim Cheer Federation Inc. (BCF) is a non-profit sports organization that governs cheerleading and performance cheer (pom, jazz, hip hop) in Barbados. The BCF was previously founded in 2004 with the mission of growing cheerleading, educating coaches, and training the youth into becoming exceptional athletes. With over three hundred athletes, twenty coaches, and thousands of spectators cheerleading has become the grand spectacle of Barbadian culture.
In 2009 the BCF was recognised by the International Cheer Union and National Sports Council.
Bim Cheer Federation Inc. formerly known as Barbados Cheerleading Federation was incorporated in 2025.
The BCF has 20 registered member coaches and 300 member athletes.
